Milano Malpensa (MXP)

MXP has two terminals. Terminal 1 is the larger of the two and handles both international and domestic flights. Terminal 2 primarily fields charter flights and few international flights. The airport provides complimentary shuttle service between terminals.
By Car: Access roads from Milan are the A8 & A26. It takes approximately 45-50 minutes to reach the city center by car, longer during rush hour and other peak times. Car rental is easy from Milan Malpensa, all vendors can be found with desks in the International Arrivals hall.
By Taxi: Approximately 45-50 minutes to Milan city center, longer during rush hour and other peak times. The fare is approximately €65-€80 dependent on your final destination.
By Train: The Malpensa Express departs from Milan's Cadorna Rail Station near the Duomo every 30 minutes between 05:50 and 20:20. Making its way to Malpensa with stops at Bovisa and Saronno stations. The trip is approximately 40 minutes, the fare is €9 one way, €12 round trip same day and €14.50 with an open return.
There are also rail links from Milan Central and Milan Garibaldi Stations via Gallarate Station. A local shuttle bus from Malpensa to Gallarate, or vice versa, runs from 06:05 to 20:15. Fares from terminal 1 are €1.30, from terminal 2 are €1.05. Trains run from Milan Central to Gallarate between the hours or 07:30 and 21:30 and from Milan Garibaldi to Gallarate between 05:05 and 22:25.
By Bus: Bus services leave from various locations around Milan and beyond and arrive at the terminal departures area. Journey times vary.
From Milan Central Station the Malpensa shuttle departs every 20 minutes from 05:00 through 22:30. Journey time is approximately 1 hour and the fare is €4.50.
From Malpensa to Linate there are 11 shuttles offered daily between 04:30 and 22:30. Fare is €8.00.

Milano Linate (LIN)
Distance from Milano city : 10 Km
By Car: With direct access to the A4 and A7 Linate is convenient for travelers heading to Venice, Turin or Genoa. Approximately 10-15 minutes to Milan city center, dependent on traffic.
By Taxi: 10-15 minutes to Milan city center, dependent on traffic. Fare ranges from €12 - €18.
By Train: No service.
By Bus: Deluxe and City buses depart every 20-15 minutes respectively. Fares range from €3-€8 to Milan city center, or Piazza San Babila. Approximate travel time, 25 minutes. From Linate to Malpensa there are 11 shuttles offered daily between 04:30 and 22:30. Fare is €8.00.
