Buy Back Terms & Conditions

General Information

All vehicles are equipped with power steering, electric windows, airbags, central locking, and cd players.

Important note: Please book well in advance.
Registration papers should be filled out and returned to your agent at least four weeks prior to collection date of your car. Additional time maybe required if you are collecting outside of France. It may be possible to arrange a buy back on short notice, please call us toll-free at 1-888-223-5555 for more information.

If you have already received a voucher number you can confirm your reservation with a major credit card.

How long can a Buy Back be?

  • All Buy Backs must be for a minimum of 17 days.
  • Buy Backs beginning and ending in France may be for no longer than 175 days.
  • Buy Backs beginning and ending outside of France may be for no longer than 165 days.
  • Students, teachers, trainees and missionaries can book a buy back for longer than 175 days. Please call us toll-free at 1-888-223-5555 for details.

Who is eligible?

  • You must be a non-European Union resident (European Union citizens living outside the E.U. can take advantage of the Buy Back program).
  • Must be over 18 years. No upper age limit.

All Peugeot rates include:

  • A brand new Peugeot direct from the factory.
  • Full vehicle insurance cover including third party liability and theft.
  • Full factory warranty.
  • Unlimited kilometres.
  • 24 hour Peugeot roadside assistance.
  • All vehicles are equipped with CD players.
  • Maps and Peugeot client information guide.
  • All Peugeot vehicles are left hand drive.
  • No insurance excess.
  • No extra driver charges.
  • No airport supplements.
  • Vehicles are permitted to travel into the following countries only as these are the only countries in which the insurance is valid:
    Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Great Britain, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey.
  • Free pick up and return of vehicle within France only, locations listed below.

Peugeot Cancellation Policy

The fees below, shown in Euros, will apply if you cancel your booking. Fees are based upon where vehicle is scheduled to be delivered and number of days prior to delivery.
Pick up in Paris Area (Courbevoie-Charles De Gaulle-Orly):
Cancel more than 16 days before pick up Cancel less than 16 days before pick up No Show
no penalty €200 €400

Pick up in France & any other European country:
Cancel more than 21 days before pick up Cancel less than 21 days before pick up No Show
no penalty €300 €400

Cancellation at the time of delivery:

For any reason, if you are not pleased with the vehicle and wish to cancel, you must not take delivery of the vehicle. This is compulsory.

If you wish to change the car for another one, Peugeot will invoice the following fees (registration of the first car + other expenses), but you must not take delivery of the first car.

Peugeot Early Return Policy

The following terms apply if you return your vehicle early.

  • Initial contract must be for more than 30 days.
  • Return must be 7 days or more before the contracted Return Date.
  • Client must request refund from the Booking Agent.
  • Refund will be daily rate (after the 17-day minimum contract), per day unused, minus 16%.
  • There will be no refund less than the 17-day rate.
  • Please be advised the rate structure on a Peugeot buy back is one rate for the first 17 day period and an additional charge for each additional day. If you require further details of the possible refund for shortening your lease, contact our representatives.
